Diablada

A carnival mask celebrated across the Andes, from Puno to Oruro — the eternal fight between good and evil, reimagined for the street.

Folded oversized black tee with the Diablada mask print

The Diablada is a traditional Andean dance and mask. Dancers wear elaborate devil masks and costumes in the festivals of the Peruvian and Bolivian Andes, in a performance of the struggle between good and evil.

At Peru Street we draw our own Diablada from scratch. The mask on our caps is original artwork from the studio, made to be worn on the street, not as a costume.

You can find it embroidered on our Diablada truckers, in red and in pink.
