14-day window
You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.
Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached. Anything that shows wear can't be accepted back.
How to start one
Email perustreet@outlook.com with your order number and what you'd like to do (return or exchange). We'll walk you through where to send it.
Return shipping
You cover the cost of shipping the item back to us, unless we sent you the wrong item or it arrived damaged or defective — in that case, it's on us.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method through Stripe. Refunds can take a few business days to show up, depending on your bank.
Wrong or damaged item
If we made a mistake or your order arrived damaged, email us with a photo and your order number — we'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund, your call.
